The below shipping and handling rates apply to all orders placed online which are sent Standard, Rush or Overnight. These rates may vary for orders that may be large in quantity or large in size due to the increased time associated with putting this package together. Domestic Shipping Policy
Injury Braces (CDP Investments, LLC) and its affiliated websites will make every attempt to ship out any order placed on our website as soon as possible. It is important to be upfront with our customers and note that there are times when we are out of stock or the manufacturer is running low on the item ordered, which can result in a delay in shipping. Your order may be sent directly from the manufacturer to ensure timely delivery of your purchase. Also, please note that you may receive multiple packages depending on the size of the order. If the manufacture is currently out of the product, we will do everything within our power to ensure that the item is shipped according to the customers requested shipping method as soon as the product is available.
Orders within the Continental US placed online are shipped Standard, Rush or Overnight, unless other arrangements are made over the phone or though e-mail. Please note that additional shipping charges may be made if an alternative shipping method is selected.
International Shipping Policy
All international orders placed on InjuryBraces.com are completed through InternationalCheckout.com. We have partnered with International Checkout to take care of and monitor the International shipping environment. They will handle all currency conversions, duties and taxes and will help you track your shipment from the time it is ordered until it arrives on your doorstep. Due to the volume discounts that International Checkout receives, we are able to assist our International customers with the lowest shipping rates and first class customer service from start to finish.
All customers placing orders shipping internationally agree to pay any and all duties, taxes and fees required by the government of that country. Please note that these costs are the responsibility of the customer and not Injury Braces, or any of its affiliated websites, vendors, or other affiliate partners. All questions in regards to the duties and taxes of your destination country should be directed to the customs agency of the destination country.
All orders shipped internationally that are refused by a customer will incur a minimum of a 25% restocking fee if the product is returned back to Injury Braces or our international shipping partner, International Checkout. In addition to the 25% minimum restocking fee, additional charges to the customer may be incurred to cover shipping costs and other fees imposed on Injury Braces.
STANDARD DELIVERY: This only applies for items shipped within the continental U.S. Orders for items that are in stock will ship within 2 business days. You can expect your order to arrive in an additional 5-7 business days.
RUSH DELIVERY: This only applies for items shipped within the continental U.S. Orders placed Monday-Friday after 2:00PM Eastern Time will ship out the following business day. A business day is defined as Monday-Friday and excludes holidays.
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY: This only applies for items shipped within the continental U.S. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00PM Eastern Time will ship out the same day and arrive the next business day. If an order is placed on Friday it will arrive the following business day which is Monday as we do not currently offer Saturday delivery with our postal carriers. Please note that orders taken after 2:00PM Eastern Time on Friday, all day Saturday, and all day Sunday will be shipped out the following business day.
PROVIDE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Injury Braces will make every possible effort to ensure that your order is shipped to the correct address. To ensure that the package arrives to the appropriate address, we like to ask our customers to provide the most accurate shipping information. If for some reason we feel like we have been provided an invalid shipping address, we will e-mail you to confirm the address provided. Please note that it is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate and valid shipping address. Orders that are returned to Injury Braces or any of our affiliated partners will require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped. This additional shipping fee will be charged to the customer if the order was returned due to errors, omissions, or misspellings in the address provided to Injury Braces by the customer.
PRODUCTS SHIPPED SEPARATELY
Injury Braces may ship items separately to help ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Please note that the customer will not incur any additonal charge for this unless notified in advance.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
It is not very common that packages arrive damaged or are lost/stolen, but if you believe this has occured then please contact us immediately at 866-53-BRACE. Please reference your name and order name when you call or reach out to us on our contact us page.
SHIPPING TO PO BOXES
Rush and Next Business Day Delivery Methods are available for orders within the Continental US only and may not be shipped to a PO Box. All expedited deliveries require a street address.
For Shipments to Military APO/FPO address, it is important to note that Injury Braces is only responsible for the product being delivered to the US military postal service. Once the package has arrived at the US military postal service, Injury Braces will not have any control related to the order.
